DESCRIPTION
The TEC Box Filling Conveyor is designed specifically for the inyection moulding process. Our TEC Conveyor receives product from the machine and fills boxes with an exact amount of parts or cycles.
The TEC Box Filling Conveyor is made up of three main components:
- Control Panel: To count the amount of product being delivered to the box and control box position on the conveyor.
- Belt Conveyor: To place an empty box under the inyector´s outfeed once the prior one has been filled.
- Roller Conveyor: To remove the full boxes from the inyector´s outfeed and make room for empty boxes.

All TEC Box Filling Conveyors include the following features:
- Eco Quality Series Conveyor.
- 2.5” diameter, galvanized steel, Roller conveyor.
- 3” diameter locking swivel casters.
- Adjustable height.
- Simple weight to cycle counter change.
- Standard sizes that adjust to most injection machines.
CYCLE COUNTER FEATURES:
- Pre Programable Cycle counter with Display.
- Sensors to place box in filling position.
- Alarm to announce when box is not in filling position.
- Delay start for part feeding conveyor.
SCALE FEATURES
- 100 lb capacity scale.
- Pre Programmable Weight counter with Display.
- Alarm to announce when box is not in filling position.
